Covid-19 Safety Measures
Keeping each other safe, our communities safe and minimising the spread of the Coronavirus is the responsible way forward for everyone. Below is information on how I aim to achieve that and what is required of all staff and customers entering my venue.
At this current time, wearing a face mask is optional and not required by law. If you are particularly vulnerable to Covid or similar viruses please let me know before your appointment or course so I can take appropriate measures.
If you have been exposed to or tested positive for the Corona Virus in the last 10 days please please change any in-person appointment to a virtual appointment or get in touch so we can reschedule your appointment or class.
Prior to your appointment, you will be required to provide essential information including contact information and health information. This is for your safety and the safety of others and your cooperation is appreciated. This is now a standard requirement of most membership organisations and insurances.
Visitors strictly by appointment only.
Please use the hand sanitiser provided when you arrive and before you leave.
Chairs are positioned 1.5 metres apart, so please don’t move them.
Wherever possible social distancing should be applied, especially if masks are not being worn.
During an emergency such as a fire or accident, the social distancing rule does not apply if it is not safe to do so.
Use the hand sanitiser before and after removing a mask, consuming food or drink, or using a digital device.
Students on training courses may be required to wear masks during close contact work. Please inform me before your training course if you are exempt from wearing a mask, this will not impact your ability to attend the course.
If you require a taxi or to arrange for someone to collect you, please make sure this is arranged in advance and on time. Customers may not be able to remain in the venue beyond their appointment time, this ensures that there is time for cleaning to take place between sessions.
Tina Shaw is happy to wear a mask throughout your session if you would prefer, so please let me know.
Windows will be open and customers are advised to wear appropriate clothing for the current weather conditions.
In hot weather, a fan will be running.
An Ozone Generator is used to sterilise the air and all surfaces, including soft furnishings within the venue.
The toilet area and outdoor handles will be cleaned using an antimicrobial disinfectant.
Cleaning will take place between every appointment or class.
If I believe you may have been exposed to the Corona Virus, you will be informed immediately.
If you have been tested positive for Covid-19 within 7 days of being present in my venue, please notify me as soon as you can.
