I founded Absolute Reiki in 2001, and I am a certified Reiki Master Teacher and Holistic Therapist and Coach with over 20 years of experience. I specialise in Reiki Training, Reiki Treatments, Crystal Healing, Shamanic Healing, and Soulful Coaching and facilitate other spiritual workshops.
My Mission and Approach
I am committed to providing holistic therapies and workshops that promote healing, balance, and well-being. My goal is to empower individuals through personalized care by combining ancient healing practices with modern techniques. I provide a nurturing environment where you can explore your spiritual journey and achieve long-term wellness.
My approach is down-to-earth and entirely guided by you. I am here to support, guide, and facilitate, never to dictate the journey or the beliefs you should follow.

My Story
As far back as I can remember, I’ve been fascinated by human potential, the mysterious and magical nature of life, and all it has to offer. It wasn’t until my job became a source of constant heartbreak that my fascination became as much a part of my working life as my personal life. In 2001, I discovered Reiki, and despite being in debt, I quit my job and changed my life. Since then, I’ve dedicated myself to my spiritual life, learning all I can and living in harmony with my spiritual self.
I’m curious by nature, and I love learning new things that help me understand how best to support my clients and students on their unique spiritual journeys. When I’m not working with you, I regularly attend new workshops and courses to share new insights with you, and of course, I take time for my daily spiritual practice.
I love spending time with my two beautiful, slightly mad dogs and wandering through Epping Forest. A few years back, I realised I could turn my obsession with crystals into a beautiful hobby by crafting crystal jewellery, and you can now benefit from the results of that hobby here on my website.
I believe that healing requires a multidimensional approach, so over the past twenty years, I’ve studied a few different therapeutic approaches that I believe can give my clients and students the most well-rounded experience to suit their individual needs. I don’t believe in being a Jack of all Trades; you can rest assured that I have spent a minimum of two years investing in training for each of the core services I offer, doing a deep study and gaining plenty of experience before you see those services appear here on my website.
When seeking a holistic therapist or Reiki Master, please investigate their training background. You can see someone who has spent a few hours watching videos on Udemy or a few years dedicating time, effort and money to their training and yet both appear to have the same qualifications.
