Cancellations, Refunds and Returns Policy

Please note any refunds will only be given to the same card or account that the purchase was made from and cannot be given to any other card or account. Also, note that refunds may take up to 14 days to process and show in your account.

 

Cancellation & Refund Policy for Services

Please know that I value both your time and my time. When we set up a meeting, that time is set aside to focus on your appointment or course along with additional time to prepare. This allows me to come to the meeting ready and to utilize our time as efficiently as possible. I understand emergencies happen and cancellation may be required. If you do need to cancel, please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule by email or phone/text me on 07939 578 805, please do not use any other SMS services.

 

For Therapy and Coaching Services

To avoid being charged a cancellation fee, please make sure you contact me at least 48 hours ahead of your scheduled appointment. Cancellations requested within 48hrs will be charged at the full rate of your appointment.

 

For Courses and Workshops

All course fees include a non-refundable deposit of £80. You’ll have immediate access to your course materials and thus lose any right to a “cooling-off” period to cancel this purchase and get a refund of that deposit.

If you need to reschedule your course, to avoid being charged a rebooking fee, please make sure you contact me at least 2 weeks ahead of your scheduled course. If you request a change of date within 2 weeks of your course date or on more than one occasion you will incur a rebooking fee of £40.

If you request to change your course dates on more than one occasion and then consequently cancel your booking, the entire course fee is non-refundable.

Students who make numerous requests to change course dates at short notice (less than two weeks) may be refused further service without a refund of the course fee. This is to prevent unnecessary disruption to services and inconvenience to other attendees.

Corona Virus

The health and well-being of all my customers is my number one priority and of course should you need to reschedule due to exposure to the Coronus Virus prior to your appointment or course, or because you are experiencing symptoms, you will not incur any penalty. However, you will need to reschedule your appointment at the time of cancellation to avoid any charges and refunds won’t be possible outside of the above refund policies.

 

Cancellations and Refunds for Gift Vouchers

All unused Gift Vouchers can be cancelled within 30 days of purchase and a full refund will be issued. Once a voucher has been used to purchase a product or service then the cancellation, refund, exchange or return policy relevant to that service or product will apply.

 

Refunds, Returns and Exchange Policy for Hand-Crafted Jewellery

All products sold by Tina Shaw are hand-made with delicate wires, beads and cabochons. Click here for instructions on caring for your hand-made items. Tina Shaw cannot be responsible for damage that occurs due to inappropriate use or improper care of goods received.

Precious metals are not hallmarked due to the nature of the wires and design making this impossible to provide.

I do my very best to provide quality hand-crafted pieces you will love to wear. I want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your merchandise and I will be happy to find a solution. I will replace, mend or accept a return for a full refund.

Please return all items in new condition, unused or damaged within 14 days, please use a tracking service as I cannot be responsible for items lost by return post.

Unfortunately I cannot refund shipping and handling fees and the customer is responsible for re-shipping fees.

Exchanges for hand-crafted Jewellery

My customers are very important to me and I want you to be completely satisfied.

Please also note that, although every effort is made to photograph items accurately and describe my products in detail, I cannot guarantee every computer monitor will accurately depict the actual colour of the merchandise.

If you are interested in exchanging your items please contact me and I am happy to help you with the process.

Please return unused merchandise within 14 days, please use a tracking service as I cannot be responsible for items lost by return post.

Exchanges can be made for up to the cost of your original purchase and additional shipping costs may be charged. 

Cancellations for Hand-crafted Jewellery

If you do decide you want to cancel your order completely, please notify us within 24 Hrs of placing your order and we will refund you in full within the next 5-10 business days. Items that have been dispatched cannot be cancelled.
