Gratitude and Acknowledgements

To my customers

Firstly I am so grateful to all my customers, my clients and my students. You are so often a source of inspiration and hope for all that is good in the world. You are the reason I do this work, no matter what life or the world throws in my path.

To my teachers

Not all teachers are equal; the movies tell us a lot about this: some are rubbish, some adequate, and some are exceptional and will never be forgotten. I’ve been very lucky to find more of the exceptional than the rest, and here they are:

Taggart King, who introduced me to Reiki

Trevor and Bex Silvester, who introduced me to Cognitive Hypnotherapy and NLP

Paul Francis, who introduced me to Therapeutic Shamanism

To my friends and family

My husband Philip, who tirelessly supports me in my work said to me when I asked if I could quit my job to pursue this life, “Please do. I can’t stand to see you so miserable every day.”

My parents have always given me all the support in the world, regardless of their beliefs and feelings.

My dearest friends who unfailingly accept me for who I am, warts and all.

And, of course, my four-legged friends (past and present) who keep me sane, make me laugh and comfort me during dark times.

To my therapists and coaches

Here are a few therapists and coaches who significantly impacted my life.

Suzie Moon – Cognitive Hypnotherapist

Anita Mitchell – Supervisor

Susie Heales – Shiatsu

Kelly-Ann Maddox – Coaching

Kathy Simmons – Coaching

To the YouTube contributors

Those who have inspired my wire-weaving:

Oxana Crafts

Perfectly Twisted

Lilly Tree

and to the many others who have shared their wisdom and knowledge over the years, helping me overcome challenges and learn new things.

Last but not least, I am immensely grateful to my spiritual guides, allies, and guardians; without you, I would be lost.
