About Your Crystal Reiki Healing Session
I provide healing therapies either in person at my tranquil Loughton venue or virtually over Zoom, offering you the convenience and comfort of healing in your own home. Rest assured that remote sessions are just as powerful as in-person ones, as these healing practices transcend time and space.
No matter where you receive your healing session, we will start with a brief discussion to determine your healing goals. During the treatment, you will be lying down fully clothed (except for shoes). I will tune into your energy with your goals in mind and select the most relevant crystals for your needs. A crystal will be placed on each of your chakras and additional areas that might benefit from targeted crystal healing. Each crystal will be activated and charged with Reiki and then left to work its magic while I carry out a full Reiki healing session. The session will be 75 minutes with the treatment will lasting about 40 minutes, allowing time before and after for you to ask questions and discuss your experience.
You will receive a brief overview of the crystals used during the session, and a detailed PDF will be provided by email within a few days of your session with more information about all the crystals used.
After the session, I encourage you to drink water, rest, and avoid alcohol. While you should be safe to drive, some people may feel spacey, so I recommend taking a short walk before carrying out tasks that require your full attention.
