Five Elements Advanced Reiki Training - Materials
As soon as you book your course*, you will have access to a wealth of online training materials, with lessons to gently guide you through some pre-course study materials so that on the live training, we can focus on giving you plenty of practical experience and address any questions you may have.
The online content includes a PDF of your Five Elements Advance Reiki Training Manual, A Five Elements Infographic of Correspondences and Cycles, an assessment form, pendulum dowsing charts and a Five Elements Self Healing Meditation MP3.
If you have trained in Reiki with a different teacher, you will have access to a conversion training online module. This will ensure that you have the same knowledge as all students attending the course, providing a sense of confidence and consistency.
Five Elements Advanced Reiki Training - Live Workshops
I offer flexible training options to suit most needs, and these are detailed below.
All the courses focus on giving you maximum practical experience of the core techniques. This includes an intitiation, Carrying out a Five Elements Self Healing, working with the Five Elements Symbols and Crystals (provided), as well as carrying out a full Five Element Treatment on a partner.
The workshops also include time to share experiences and ask questions.
The groups are kept small, with no more than four students per group, to ensure you get the individual attention you deserve without the overwhelm of the larger groups more commonly seen in such courses.
You’ll receive a certificate on completion, confirming your advanced-level understanding of the Five Elements in Usui Reiki.
Five Elements Advanced Reiki Training - Student Support
Once you have completed your Five Elements Advanced Training, the relationship doesn’t stop there. You will have continued access to support from me by phone or email, plus a significant discount on therapies and coaching should you need any further support after your training.
You’ll be invited to attend student events live and online that are designed to give you further experience and support on an ongoing basis. You’ll also be able to join a Facebook Group exclusive to my students, and if you wish to, you can complete a short form that will allow you to connect with other students who have trained with me to swap treatments, meditate together, and support each other on your journey.
You will have access to all your online course materials for as long as Absolute Reiki is up and running, and this will include any updates to the training materials over time.
Modulated Five Elements Advanced Reiki Training

This training is run over two Saturday mornings. Each module starts at 9.30 am and finishes at 1 pm. Students prefer this training method because it offers a better pace for integrating what they learn and integrating new ideas and routines. Research indicates shorter learning slots are far more effective than long, intense days.

One Day Five Elements Advanced Reiki Training
This is a one-day training course with 45 minutes for lunch. Students will need to bring their own lunch. Each day starts promptly at 9.30 am and finishes at 5 pm. It is an intensive day and best suited to those who are travelling some distance to attend the course or can’t make the more recommended modulated training.

Week Day Advanced Reiki Training
The subscriber offer is not valid on weekday training.
For those who cannot make the weekend training options, a weekday modulated training system can be provided over two 3.5 hour modules, and I recommend leaving a week between when possible.
Weekday training is available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays and places are made available for up to four students. These can be booked online once you have purchased your package.

Who can book the Five Elements Advanced Reiki Training?
You can join this course once you hold a Second Degree Reiki certificate. Booking immediately gives you access to online study materials so you can start exploring the Five Elements and catch up if you studied with another teacher. This pre‑course module helps everyone arrive with the same knowledge.
What happens during the live Five Elements workshop?
The live training focuses on practice. In small groups of no more than four students you will receive an initiation, practise a self‑healing session, work with Five Elements symbols and crystals and deliver a full treatment to a partner. You’ll also have time to share experiences and ask questions. At the end of the workshop you receive your certificate confirming your advanced‑level understanding of the Five Elements in Usui Reiki.
What training options and prices are available?
The standard fee is £230 and includes a non‑refundable deposit of £80. You can choose between:
- A modulated course delivered over two Saturday mornings from 9:30 am to 1 pm, which allows more time to integrate the material
- A one‑day intensive session from 9:30 am to 5 pm with a 45‑minute lunch break, suitable if you are travelling from further away
- A weekday option split across two modules of 3½ hours each, with a week between when possible
You can pay using Klarna for weekend courses if you prefer instalments. A self‑study option is planned for 2026.
What materials and support do I get before the live training?
After booking you receive a PDF manual, an infographic showing Five Elements correspondences, assessment forms, pendulum dowsing charts and a guided meditation. If you trained elsewhere you’ll get a conversion module to cover any gaps. All these materials remain available online for as long as Absolute Reiki operates, and they are updated over time.
How will I be supported after the advanced course?
Support continues well beyond the classroom. You will have access to your teacher by phone or email, discounted therapies and coaching, regular student events and a private Facebook group where you can connect with other practitioners. You’ll also be able to meet up with fellow students to exchange treatments or meditate together if you choose.
