The point is clear quartz given its subtle pearly, rainbow shimmer through a fine metallic bonding process, so the colour lives inside the crystal rather than sitting on top of it. It's wrapped by hand in copper, then hung from a copper chain I craft link by link — each loop shaped and twisted individually, which is why the chain has a living, slightly irregular rhythm no machine chain quite manages.
