Entry Requirements: You must hold a First Degree Reiki certification before attending this course.
Okuden Reiki Level 2 - Reiki Materials
As soon as you book your Reiki Level 2 course, you will gain access to a wealth of online training materials. These lessons will gently guide you through pre-course study so that during the live training, we can focus on practical experience and answer any questions you may have.
The online content includes a PDF of your Okuden (Second Degree Training) Manual and MP3s that provide commentary on key course aspects, including three guided meditations. This supports you to learn Reiki in a structured and accessible way.
If you trained with a different teacher at Level 1, you will have access to a conversion training module to align your knowledge with the rest of the group, ensuring confidence and consistency as you continue to practice Reiki at practitioner level.
A physical copy of your Okuden manual will also be sent by post.
Okuden Reiki Level 2 - Live Workshops
I offer flexible training options to suit most needs, with all courses designed to give you maximum practical experience of the core techniques. This includes:
Your Reiki Level 2 attunements (Reiju Empowerments)
Performing Reiki Symbol meditations
Practising distant healing techniques
Integrating new techniques into your professional Reiki practitioner treatments
Workshops also include time to share experiences and ask questions.
The groups are kept small—no more than four students per group—so you receive personal attention without the overwhelm of larger courses.
At the end of your training, upon successful completion, you will receive a Second Degree Reiki Level 2 Certificate. This confirms your ability to offer Reiki treatment at practitioner level.
Okuden Reiki Level 2 - Student Support
Once you have completed your Second Degree Reiki Level 2 Training, support doesn’t end there. You will have ongoing access to guidance via phone or email and can receive a significant discount on therapies and coaching should you need further support.
You’ll be invited to attend live and online student events designed to help you gain further experience. You can also join an exclusive student Facebook Group and connect with other students to organise case studies, treatment swaps, meditation, and peer support.
Your online course materials, including any future updates to the training materials, remain accessible for as long as Absolute Reiki is operational, supporting you as you continue to learn Reiki and practice Reiki in your own time.
Modulated Second Degree Training Course

This training is run over two consecutive Saturday mornings. Each module starts at 9.30 am and finishes at 1 pm. Students prefer this training method because it offers a better pace for integrating what you learn and establishing new Reiki routines. Research indicates that shorter learning slots are far more effective than long, intense days.

One Day Second Degree Training Course
This is a one-day training course with 45 minutes for lunch. Students will need to bring their own lunch. The day starts promptly at 9.30 am and finishes at 5.30 pm. It is an intensive day and best suited to those who are travelling some distance to attend the course or can’t make the more recommended modulated training.

Week Day Reiki Level 2 Training

For those who cannot make the weekend training options, a weekday modulated training system can be provided over two 3.5 hour modules, and I recommend leaving a week between when possible.
Weekday training is available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays and places are made available for up to four students. These can be booked online once you have purchased your package.
